Aha! Solved the problem relating to the missing file namely iswin7logo.dll
Under Win7 32bit i right-click setup & then click 'Troubleshoot Compatibility' Wait a moment & windows automatically says it will run under XP SP2 Just click 'Start program', under recommended settings
